Hi, why is the steam set up with an angle? Is it possible to get it straight?

Hi, this lamp is tilted so it is not completely straight. Most likely you are able to straighten the stem yourself but it would need additional work and we cannot guarantee this. The lamp is delivered as it is now. Best Regards, Sanna / Franckly
