Our extensive experience in e-commerce guarantees your purchase, and we are here to assist you.

Enjoy the shopping

Browsing is easy and so is buying design treasures here at Franckly. As design lovers ourselves, we are always window-shopping, for sure! You can start buying by selecting the items you like.

All the listing information, including titles and description, will be written in the language the seller has chosen. Franckly will automatically translate listings on the seller’s behalf.

Condition of the items

Our pre-used furniture and decor can be quite old or as good as new – vintage items take pride in an old aesthetic. Depending on the origin and age, some pieces may show signs of wear and use, such as small dents, scratches or irregularities in material or colour.

We advise the seller to clearly describe the condition of each item and document any imperfections in the photographs. Please read all the information and look at the photos attached to the item you wish to purchase. Kindly note that the seller is responsible for the information of the listed item, even if all listings are pre-screened.

Placing an order

Once you have found a design gem you wish to purchase at Franckly, just add the item to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button. Please note that items in your shopping basket are reserved for you only after the checkout process has successfully been completed.

There might always be the possibility that an item will be sold at any moment. Therefore, we highly recommend acting quickly to avoid disappointment. The items listed for sale cannot be reserved since all of them are sold by companies or private sellers at Franckly.

If the seller has enabled the "Make an offer" feature for a product, you can submit an offer for the item. The seller has 24 hours to either accept or reject your offer. Please note that an offer is not a binding agreement, and the product remains available for purchase by other customers at the price set by the seller. If the seller accepts your offer or makes a counteroffer, you have 72 hours to complete the purchase. Offers must be made while logged in, and they are visible only to the account from which they are submitted. The agreed price will also only be visible to you when logged in. You can view all offers under the "Offers" section in your account.

Purchase from multiple sellers

Franckly checkout allows you to purchase from multiple sellers in a single transaction. Therefore, you also pay for shipping separately for each item in your cart. Kindly note that you'll have to purchase all items in separate transactions, in case you need separate shipping addresses for individual items that you're buying.

After submitting your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from Franckly. Remember that even though your items were purchased at the same time, they’ll ship separately from different sellers.

Making it safe

We are here to offer you several Payment options – enjoy the shopping, with us it’s safe and easy.

We handle all payments and transactions. We hold your money until we are sure you are happy with your item. Once you have received and accepted the purchased item, we will transfer the payment to the seller's account.

Prices

If you are into a treasure hunt, the prices at Franckly won’t be an issue. The seller sets the price for the item according to our recommendations. We advise the seller to price his/her design piece to match the condition. You can also leave an offer and propose a price you would be willing to pay. Seller has 24h to accept, decline or make a counter offer. If the offer is accepted or you have recieved a counter offer you have 72h to decide whether or not to buy the treasure. The item is not reserved in any way so to make sure it's yours, be quick!

The seller's price does not include any shipping costs. The shipping costs will be added to the order at checkout. 

Inexpensive shipping

All items ship straight from the seller to the buyer. No extra detours to our warehouse. This saves time and the environment! As the buyer, you pay for shipping.

The seller has defined the shipping methods he/she wishes to offer. Opt for inexpensive shipping or domestic delivery options. When the seller offers local pickup, you can collect the item in person – for free of charge.

Return policy

Franckly wants you to be thrilled with your new item! However, if you wish to return your purchase, we're here to help.

Your right to return depends on the seller type. As a private buyer, you only have the right of withdrawal in distance selling, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (1978/38), in cases where the items are purchased from companies.

The return right does not apply to domestic delivery options as the sale is considered final once the buyer takes possession of the item.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and you have 24 hours after delivery to check the purchased item. If you have received a damaged, misrepresented or faulty item, contact us by email within 24 hours, and we will manage the claim process on your behalf.
