Your customer has 14 days return right when shopping online. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. Your customer will pay for return shipping back to you. The best part? We manage all payment details and customer service for you – hassle-free we said!
Important to know:
Franckly service fee
Our service fee of 19 % (incl. local tax) is charged only for the transactions made, and we only get paid when you do. The service fee covers all transactional costs, customer service and marketing for your listing.
Thanks to the service fee we can also offer you our outstanding Buyer Protection. If the item doesn’t sell, we won’t charge you anything.
Your customer has the right to return a purchased item within 14 days from the date of purchase and delivery. The withdrawal period is counted from the day when your customer receives the purchased item. Please note that the return right does not apply to local pickup as the sale is considered final once you take possession of the item.
In the case that your customer wishes to make a return, he/she will contact Franckly. All freight costs of returning the item are your customer’s responsibility. The sale price of the item will be returned to your customer according to their chosen payment method. Specifying your item's condition accurately lets the customers know what to expect and helps set up a successful transaction. Items that are carefully described are less likely to be returned.

We will transfer the money without delay after the return window has closed. Franckly disburses the payment between 15-20 calendar days after receipt of the payment. The personal data is collected and processed securely by Franckly for the purpose of paying the seller the agreed price.
