Notes The Palissade Cord Collection is handcrafted so minor imperfections are natural. Avoid contact with non-colourfast items to prevent stains. Check gliders and endcaps regularly for wear and replace if needed. New gliders can be ordered from our customer service. Store furniture in a dry, ventilated area and protect it from weather and damage with the Palissade Cover. Keeping the cord dry will extend its lifespan.

Care instructions Remove stains, liquids, and bird droppings promptly, and dry the furniture after rain to prevent corrosion. When moving, don't drag but lift the furniture to avoid damage. Clean with a soft cloth, water or neutral detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads. Repair scratches with lacquer sold separately. Clean cords gently and dry thoroughly to prevent mould and extend lifespan. Some natural discoloration is expected.
