Julie is the result of a long-term design process. Curved veneer slats form the beautiful backrest and armrests of this lightweight, sculptural wooden small chair for dining and meeting use. The product was designed by Julie Tolvanen (b.1970). Julie has been awarded the internationally recognized GOOD DESIGN™ 2015 award – the world’s most prestigious, well-known and oldest Design Awards program, organized annually by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design in collaboration with the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies.
