Seller’s description

A rare and beautiful floor lamp in brass (rattan on the stem) and rattan shade, designed by Gunnel Nyman and manufactured by Idman. This was often mistaken for a Tynell due to very little documentation, but as the Design Museum recently aquired and published G. Nyman archives, it was established that this and a few more models from Idman catalogues were designed by Nyman and produced only by Idman. The lamp is in good condition and has beautiful vintage patina.
