Lassen Chair, Crisscross

Magnus Sangild is a Danish cabinetmaker and designer who works between the fields of art and design. Sangild finds his inspiration from the Dutch, unorthodox Droog designers as well as old Scandinavian design traditions. A master of design from the Danish Design School from 2009, Sangild runs his own studio in Copenhagen, specializing in furniture, product design and interior decoration. Sangild’s designs have been included in the permanent exhibition of Trapholt, Denmark’s leading furniture and design museum.

Marianne Viktor is a Danish designer who graduated from the line of product design of Danmarks Designskole in 2009 and runs her own studio in Copenhagen. Viktor’s designs play with narrative qualities of materials and create strong, dynamic feeling with as simple elements as possible. She believes that design should be easily approachable, honest and distinctive. Viktor’s projects range from graphic design to interior and product design, and she has collaborated with companies such as the Danish design brand By Lassen.
