GUBI’s Armosfera dining table represents outdoor furniture design that is reduced and straightforward – yet far from dull! Made of teak wood, the table consists of a fascinatingly asymmetrical slatted top and L-shaped legs that rise slightly above it, adding a soft, rounded touch to the geometrical design. The positioning of the legs leaves ample space for seating, making Atmosfera ideal for six diners.

The Atmosfera table boasts an architectural and perhaps a little maritime-inspired design. Over time and use, the table will also become even more distinctive: teak is a classic outdoor material that ages beautifully, developing a lovely patina and turning into a sophisticated silvery grey tone. The table’s clever details and top-quality material elevate its minimalistic look and make Atmosfera the perfect addition to a variety of environments from a lush garden to an urban, more ascetic outdoor space.

Gubi Olsen and his wife Lisbeth Olsen founded GUBI in 1967. The company has been based since the beginning on product design and development. Over the years, the two designers have created a large collection of upholstered furniture and a furniture fabric, called Holmens Klæde.

Since 1967, GUBI’s core philosophy has been to create timeless designs, with aesthetics, innovation, functionality and quality as guiding principles. GUBI’s many new designs are developed partly in cooperation with designers who have previously left their mark on GUBI products and partly in association with a number of new designers who, in turn, will add new stories to the GUBI saga.
