Ordered an &tradition VP7 pendant lamp from this seller. It was send swiftly and the item is genuine. However: The box my lamp was shipped in was too small for the lamp and no padding was added. Therefore the strain relief was sticking out of the box and did not survive the shipment. Once it arrived the cable was so damaged it came off. I repaired it so no worries, just pack better in the future.
