Raami tumbler 26 cl, sea blue

The Raami tumbler by Iittala is part of a dining collection designed by Jasper Morrison in 2019. The sea blue Raami tumbler serves from breakfast to dinner, and its design is both sturdy and airy. The Raami tumbler is well-suited for enjoying milk, water, juice and other beverages. The wavy patterns on the inside of the glass create a fun and surprising optical illusion – it appears to be fluted but is completely smooth when you touch it. 

Jasper Morrison found the inspiration for Raami from the role of dinnerware in gathering people together and creating a pleasing atmosphere at the table. The name Raami – Finnish for a frame – refers to the way that dinnerware frames our shared moments and gives space for new, lasting memories. The Raami collection features ceramic, glass and woodwork items, and each piece of the collection has its own character, and together the pieces form a seamless entity, like a family.
