The jug designed by Jacob E. Bang is part of the Opaline Form series produced by Kastrup Glasværk, which later became part of Holmegaard. The Opaline Form series was introduced in 1957 and initially consisted only of opal-white glass pieces, with green versions added to the collection in the early 1960s. The opal-white jug, known under model number 7279, represents the original look of the series and its design features a soft, minimalist form.Read more
