Mid-Century Modern Idman Ceiling Lamp Model K1-15, Maria Lindemann, 1950s

A Mid-Century Modern ceiling lamp model K1-88 by Maria Lindemann for Idman. This model combines modernism with the classical style of crystal chandeliers making it suitable for both modern and classical interiors. The Idman catalogue has it with a different glass shade (model 2143) but this one is with shade model 1493. The chandelier brass body is in its original condition and lacqeur, some of the wires holding the crystals are updated so is the ceiling bracket holding the lamp.
