OW449 Colonial coffee table, oiled walnut

Carl Hansen & Søn’s OW449 Colonial coffee table is a fine example of mid-century Scandinavian, created by the Danish designer Ole Wanscher in 1964. The Colonial coffee table features a beautifully finished solid wood frame and a square-shaped, veneered tabletop with wood grain details. The sophisticated, refined design of the coffee table makes a beautiful addition to any decor and pairs perfectly with the lounge chair and footstool from the Colonial collection. The coffee table has been made by hand in Denmark.

Carl Hansen & Søn is a family-run Danish company specialising in classic wooden furniture. The story of Carl Hansen & Søn dates back to 1908 when Danish cabinetmaker Carl Hansen established a small furniture workshop on the island of Funen.
