Ombria bowl 12,5 cm, granite green

Kähler’s Ombria bowl is part of the ceramic tableware collection designed by Anders Arhøi. The simple and functional tableware has been coated with a glaze with both matte and glossy spots, giving it both refined and vivid look at the same time. The bowls, plates and cups of the Ombria collection complement each other and match easily with various kinds of tableware and table settings.

Kähler is a Danish ceramics company which for generations has created vases, dishes, pots and kitchenware, many of which have become collectors’ items and design icons. Kähler’s story began in 1839, when the Holstein potter Herman J. Kähler opened a small ceramics workshop in the city of Næstved. However, it was not until his son, Herman A. Kähler, took over the workshop in 1875 that the ceramics adventure gathered speed.
