The Husser table designed by Frank Lloyd Wright surprises with its robust and detailed design. Crafted from cherry wood, the table features a thick table top whose edge is decorated with an elaborate pattern and a showy supporting beams meeting between the sturdy legs. Particularly beautiful details are the slats between the table top and the support beams, as well as the elements that gracefully encircle the legs.

Frank Lloyd Wright originally designed the Husser table for the Joseph W. Husser House in Chicago in 1925. Cassina brought the table back into production in 1992 as part of the "Cassina I Maestri" collection. The stylish Husser table catches the eye and delights in every dining moment.

Cassina is an Italian design brand established in 1927. In the 1950s, Cassina pioneered in launching industrial design in Italy, and today its collections are characterised by combinations of new, technical innovations and traditional craftsmanship. The company was founded by brothers Cesare and Umberto Cassina in Meda, Northern Italy, where they initially crafted custom-made furniture tailored to the tastes of an affluent clientele. After World War II, their focus shifted from traditional craftsmanship to modern design, inspired in part by architects Franco Albini and Giò Ponti. One of Cassina’s first major successes was the light and elegant Superleggera chair designed by Ponti, which became an icon of modern Italian design.

From the beginning, Cassina has been known for its ability to blend technical innovation with traditional craftsmanship, resulting in timeless design that balances aesthetic appeal with everyday functionality.

Over the decades, Cassina has collaborated with many of the biggest names in modern design and architecture. Legendary figures such as Le Corbusier, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Gerrit Thomas Rietveld have all created pieces for the brand. Since 2015, Cassina’s creative director has been Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola, under whose leadership the brand has introduced a new generation of design alongside its iconic classics. Recent collaborations include work with Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Michele de Lucchi and Philippe Starck.
