The H102 Vindeby daybed features a robust, slatted solid wood frame and a seat padding upholstered in a high-quality fabric. When you want to transform the bench into a bed, you can simply remove the backrests can attach them to both sides of the seat.

The simple aesthetics and great adaptability of the H102 Vindeby daybed have been influenced by the ferries of the Vindeby harbour in Denmark. Designed by Mathias Weber, the daybed combines modern and classic Scandi styles in a fresh, innovative way.

Danish FDB Møbler is strongly rooted in the icons of Danish furniture design. FDB, the Danish Consumers’ Co-operative Society, was founded in 1940 to produce functionalist and democratic design for ordinary people – thanks to the new industrial production, FDB could manufacture high-quality furniture at low prices. During the next decades, designers such as Børge Mogensen and Poul M. Volther created numerous timeless pieces of Danish furniture design. FDB closed its factory in 1980, but in 2013 the Danish Coop launched FDB Møbler and started re-releasing some of the most beloved products of the mid-century Danish design. In addition to the classics, FDB Møbler creates new furniture inspired by the old collections.
