Nedre Foss’s Etage tray, created by the Swedish designer Carina Seth Andersson, is a sophisticated porcelain object with endless possibilities. You can use it for serving cheese, cookies or sushi, or use it as a tray for a teapot, cosmetics or small decorative items.

Carina Seth Andersson’s goal was to design a small podium that would embody the hard and sturdy as well as the soft and fragile qualities of porcelain; an object that could form a base for an everyday still life. The easy-to-clean, food-safe porcelain tray is well suited for serving food, and its subtle design makes it an object that stands the test of time and looks good in a wide range of styles.

Nedre Foss Gård is a Norwegian restaurant and a brewery, located in Oslo by the river Akerselva. Businessman and restaurateur Nevzat Arikan established the restaurant in an old farm complex that features a main building from 1802. The interior was designed by Anderssen & Voll, who also moved to the premises, and the restaurant opened its doors in 2015. The Ildhane cast iron candleholder was created during the project and became the first product of Nedre Foss. The brand's aim is to produce "Century Objects" – products that will serve at least for 100 years.
