Barrel Chair 606, chestnut - red

Cassina's Barrel Chair was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1937. The eye-catching chair features a chestnut frame and a padded seat upholstered in red fabric. The curved backrest completes not only the beautiful design of the classic chair but also its seating comfort. The elegant Barrel Chair 606 makes a statement either around the dining table or as a single eye-catcher in the living room. 

The original design for the Barrel Chair 606 was born already in 1904 when Frank Lloyd Wright designed the D.D. Martin House residential building located in Buffalo, New York.

In 2015, the Spanish architect and designer Patricia Urquiola became the Art Director of Cassina.
